She was predeceased by: her parents, Cebero Ruiz and Cornelia Montanez; and her sister Maria Echevaria. She is survived by: her husband Jorge Amaya; her children, Jesus, William, Andres, Carlos, Enrique Burgos, Carmen Camacho, Milagros and Marta Burgos; and her brothers, Emilio, Hipolito (Modesto Ruiz), Etanislao and Carmelo (Rogelio Echevaria). She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
