Eleanor Stirlacci Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 1, 2025, Eleanor Stirlacci (Springfield, Massachusetts) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Eleanor farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Eleanor is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Natale Gareffa and Theresa Gareffa (Neri); her husband Ralph A. Stirlacci, Jr.; and her son-in-law Donald Senecal. She is survived by: her children, Debra D'Amour (Jim) of Hampden, Ralph Stirlacci (Rosanne) of Springfield, Joseph Stirlacci (Nancy) of San Mateo, CA and Tiffany Senecal of Westfield. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, and 14 great-grandchildren.
A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 8th 2025 at 9:00 AM and at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church (123 William St, Springfield, MA 01105).
