Eleanor M. Wolak Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Eleanor M. Wolak of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Chicopee, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 4, 2021 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, John Leszczynski and Alice Leszczynski (Faber); her husband Leo J. Wolak; and her sisters, Ruth Snizek and Dorothy Szukala.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Allard (Robert) of Springfield, Frank Wolak (Ellen) of Granville and Joseph Wolak of Killington, VT; her grandchildren, Charles Wolak (Elena), Thomas Wolak and Michael Wolak; and her great grandchild Scarlett. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
