It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Douglas A. Jackson of Springfield, Massachusetts, born in Holyoke, Massachusetts, who passed away on May 30, 2020, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Jackson and Wilma Jackson (Chmiel). He is survived by: his wife Sharon Jackson (Flye); his children, Dawn Jackson of Springfield, Douglas M. Jackson (Marcia) of Wilbraham and Cindy Pingree (Robert) of Springfield; his siblings, Ronald Jackson (Gail) of South Hadley and Joy Jackson (Jack Darr) of Granby; his grandchildren, Jeremy Scott (Lyssa), Rusty Johnson (Kendall), Jen McVicker (Dan), Kyle Pingree and Kristopher Pingree (Lorry); and his great grandchildren, Emilia Scott, Nathaniel Johnson, Madelyn Johnson, Elsie McVicker, Adriana Pingree, Brayden Pingree and Nathan Pingree. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
