She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence Smith and Dorothy Smith (Dixon); her son Scott Prendergast; and her brothers, Frederick and Donald Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Jerrold Prendergast (Gladys Luna) of Las Vegas, NV and Traci Chan (Jimmy) of Springfield, MA; and her grandchildren, Kyle Chan, Zachary, Ethan, Elijah and Emily Prendergast. She is also survived by 3 great grandsons, 3 great granddaughters, several nieces and nephews.
