Hayward (Mick) of South Hadley, Eileen M. Belniak (Michael) of Sutton, MA, John J. Baker (Nannette) of Chicopee, Brendan T. Baker Jr. (Julie) of Wilbraham, Kathleen D. Wurster (John Gonet) of Southwick and Thomas M. Baker (Kelly) of Southwick. She is also survived by grandchildren; her 10 cherished great grandchildren; and her many dear nephews, nieces, cousins, friends.
