He is survived by: his wife Frances Levesque (Forgione); his sons, Ken Levesque (Penny) of The Villages, FL, Ray Levesque (Donna) of Lovettsville, VA and Paul Levesque (Catherine) of Springfield, MA; and his grandchildren, Kyle, Matthew, Alexandra, John, Paul Jr., Stephanie, Brandon and Justin.
