It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dexter C. Thomas Jr. of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 7, 2020, at the age of 39, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his parents, Dexter C. Thomas Sr. (Olisa) of Reno Nevada and Patricia Cheeks (Ralph Diaz) of Springfield; his daughters, Makayla and Jasmine Thomas of Springfield; his grandparents, Essie Thomas-Ware of Springfield, Rachel and Joseph Cheeks of Springfield; his siblings, Ashley Crutchfield of Springfield, Channel Thomas of Reno, N. V. and Joseph King; his uncle Leon Thomas (Connie) of Burbank, CA.; his nephews, Anthony Martinez and Peyton Cole of Springfield; and his cousins, Corey and Snug Jiles.
