He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L. Luckey and Louise Luckey (Freeman). He is survived by: his sisters, Rosemary Hosey (Eddie), Sharon Luckey and Alison L. Luckey-Percy (Neil); his friend Veronica Byrd; and his nieces and nephews, Jason, Shayna, Alanah, Shanell and Travis. He is also survived by several great-nephews, a great-niece, and a host of family and friends.
