He is survived by: his daughter Sonja Martin-Gaddy (Milton); his sisters, T. Judith Johnson (Mary Ann), Rochester of New York, Betty Jean Andrew and Albany of New York; his grandchildren, Amari, Hamadi, Hasijna, Akarri Gaddy, Omarr S. Martin, Evian Brown, Albany of New York, Hanah, Ahmon, Victoria, Ananias, Katherine Mayes, Iquan Martin and Glorious Hicks (Derek) of Texas; and his niece Dr. Aiesha Turman of New York City. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
