He is survived by: his wife Mary; his mother Sharon Jubinville; his father-in-law Robert of Spruce, MI; his father Mark Hebert (Elaine) of Westfield, MA; his grandfather Billy Newby of Venice, FL; his sister Danielle Guilbert (Chris) of Chicopee, MA; his stepsiblings, Angela Jubinville of Philadelphia, PA, Sarah Jubinville of Rutherfordton, NC, Michael Bouyea (Lynne) of South Hadley, MA and William Bouyea (Gabriela) of Westfield, MA.; and his nieces and nephews, Devon, Dylan, Mya, Ella and Adrian.
