He was predeceased by: his parents, George Psilakis and Helen Psilakis (Kastrinakis); and his siblings, Emmanuel Psilakis and Argiroula "Lula" Sophios. He is survived by: his wife Helen C. "Eleni" Psilakis (Koutroumpa); his sons, George Psilakis (Julie) of Franklin and Emmanuel "Mano" Psilakis (Katherine) of New Seabury; his grandchildren, Alexander G. Psilakis, Sophia M. Psilakis, Evangelos G. Psilakis, Christos Psilakis and Andrew T. Psilakis; his brothers, Andrew Psilakis (Doreen) of Longmeadow and Nicholas Stavarakis (Helen) of Springfield; and his siblings-in-law, Michali Koutroumpas (Natalia) of Chania, James Sophinos of Longmeadow, Argiro Koutroumpas of Chania, Popi Proiou (Evangelos) of Chania, Filitsa Androulakis (Georgios) of Chania, Sophia Farandakis (Georgios) of Chania, Crete and Greece.
There are no visiting hours at the St. Pierre - Phaneuf Springfield Chapels, (413-737-1177), 7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107. (Please note that masks are required, social distancing must be observed and Cathedral capacity is limited due to state regulations).
