It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Christine Gotta of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away on September 4, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathaniel Hensley and Irene Hensley (Payne); her husband Vincent Ernest Gotta; and her siblings, Luther, William, Richard, Harry, Pauline and Alice.
She is survived by: her children, Joseph Gotta (Eileen) of Ludlow, Christine Nietupski (Stanley) of Chicopee and Sheila Boisjolie (Thomas) of Feeding Hills; her sister Mamie Russell of Manassas, VA.; and her grandchildren, Nathan, Josh Nietupski, Kevin, Phil, Eric Gotta, Tom Boisjolie, Jr. and Stacy Lenk. She is also survived by nine great-grandchildren as well as nieces and nephews.
In regards to Covid-19 all guests will be required to social distance and wear a mask per the Governor's guidelines.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Christine's name may be directed to EWTN or the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
