He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy T. Bouse and Dorothy A. Bouse (Gapinski); and his wife Leta A. Bouse (McCray). He is survived by: his daughter Amanda Florek (Jeffrey) of Chicopee; his brother David A. Bouse; and his grandsons, Drew Florek, Owen Florek and Zachary Florek-Rydell.
