She is survived by: her daughter Lynn Johnson (James); her sisters, Barbara Anderson and Rose Gamble (Carl); her daughter-in-law Sukhui Forrester; her grandchildren, Eddie, Dochea (Ken), Linda, Natalia, Robert, Myron (JC), Devon, Jaeyoon, Heesun, Jaeyeun, Jisun and Sooji; her great grandchildren, Jaelyn, Kennedy, Grace, Analysse, Christian, Julia, Raijan, Jett and Jerdon; and her great great grandchildren, Zavien and Zaniya.
Catherine Holden Forrester acquired her crown at Heritage Hall East on April 24, 2020 with complications from COVID-19.
