Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Carolina Anzalotti of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 87, on January 4, 2025. She was predeceased by: her daughter Angelina Anzalotti; and her sisters, Virginia Liberti, Olimpia Daniele, Tina Sarno, Agata Rettura and Lily.
She is survived by: her husband Mario M. Anzalotti Sr.; her parents, Giuseppe D'Ascoli and Anna D'Ascoli (Moccia); her children, Mario M. Anzalotti Jr. (Theresa), Tina Emet (Eric), Caroline Leahey (John) and Linda Crooks; her grandchildren, Ty Emet (Gabriela), Amanda Emet-Grout (Jameson), Robby Leahey, Samantha Leahey, Angelina Crooks and Julia Crooks; her brother Pasquale D'Ascoli (Gilda); and her cousin Lily. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, January 12th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Forastiere Smith Funeral and Cremation (220 N Main St, East Longmeadow, MA 01028). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Catherine of Siena Church (1023 Parker St, Springfield, MA 01129).
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
