She was predeceased by: her parents, Dennis F. Connelly and Rose M. Connelly (Feustel); and her brother Atty. She is survived by: her husband Cornelius E. "Connie" Sullivan; and her children, James R. Sullivan (Debra) of West Springfield and Kathleen M. Breton (Atty).
Visitation was held on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the St. Pierre-Phaneuf Springfield Chapels (7 Chapin Terrace, Springfield, MA 01107). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 8:30 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (395 Chestnut St, Springfield, MA 01104).
Her family requests that memorial donations be made in Carole's memory to the Sacred Heart Church Renovation Fund, 395 Chestnut Street, Springfield, MA 01104.
