She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynwood Sullivan and Velma Sullivan (Furbush); and her brother-in-law Raymond Gerbert. She is survived by: her husband Paul "Butch" Acosta; her son Frank Lynwood Acosta (Annalise) of Chicopee; her grandchildren, Isabella and Trent; and her siblings, Patrick Sullivan (Lynn), Linda Gerbert, Susan Macqueston (Gary) and Kathy Wright (Craig). She is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
