He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert L Givens and Vernaline Collins (Carter Givens). He is survived by: his son Bruce Edward Givens, Jr.; his granddaughters, Amani Givens of New Jersey, Emani Givens of New Jersey, Brielle Givens of New Jersey and Zoe Givens of New Jersey; and his siblings, Craig A. Givens of Massachusetts, Robert L. Givens of New Jersey and Wanda L. Givens of Austell, Georgia. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
