He is survived by: his niece Jennifer Clogston (Darwin) of Pike, NH; his nephews, Kenneth Kurtz of Owasso, OK and Russell Kurtz (Barbara) of Lebanon, OH; and his sister-in-law Patricia A. Kurtz of Bethlehem, CT. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
