She was predeceased by: her parents, Patrick Sayers and Margaret Foley Sayers; her son-in-law Leonard Rooke Jr.; her grandchildren, Peter (Colleen), Brigid (Johnny), Tara (Will), Colm (Minhee), Maeve, James, Abby, Thomas, Lauren and Jack; her great grandchildren, Mary, Grace, Vincent and Rita; her siblings, Mary Mularkey, James Sayers and Elizabeth Sayers; and her brothers-in-law, Jack O'Neill, Peter Kelly and Richard Hawley.
She is survived by: her husband John A. Garvey of Ventry; her siblings, Patrick Sayers (Peggy), Brendan Sayers, Judy O'Neill, Joan Kelly of Brighton and England; and her brother-in-law Joe Mularkey.
