He is survived by: his children, Joaquin Quiles, Edwin Smith, Milagros Torres, Herminia Quiles and Teresa Quiles; and his siblings, Luis, David, Jose M., Gerardo Torres, Carmen and Maria Torres. He is also survived by Fifteen Grandchildren, Seven Great Grandchildren, and a host of family and friends.
