She was predeceased by: her husband Raymond E. Blackburn, Jr.; and her daughter Edwina Talbot. She is survived by: her children, Raymond E. Blackburn, III of Abingdon, MD and Christine Varteresian of Douglas. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.
