She is survived by: her siblings, Jerry Hayes, Ronald Hayes, Ralph Hayes, Bobby Hayes and Joyce Mason (Hayes); her children, Melvin Treadwell (Belinda), Ina Gladden (Treadwell) of Wilbraham Ma, James Treadwell (Jim Bro) of Phoenix, AZ., Linda Beasley (Treadwell) of Palmer, MA. and Margarita Jacobo (Treadwell) of Huber Heights, OH.; and her brother Gilbert Hayes (Marilyn). She is also survived by grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
