Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Barbara Smith-Chaffee of Springfield, Massachusetts, who passed away at the age of 81, on October 24, 2020. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hickey and Barbara Hickey (Leonard); her husband Bruce Chaffee; her brother Robert Hickey, Jr.; and her sister-in-law Barbara Hickey.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah C. Spaulding (Edward C. Bushey) of Springfield, Richard Joubert (Kathy Fortin) of Springfield, Daniel Joubert of Springfield and Vincent Joubert (Denise) of Agawam; her brothers, Leonard Hickey (Theresa) of Wilbraham and George Scheurer (Carol) of Easthampton; and her grandchildren, Christine Murdock, Jamie, Laura, Sheri Spaulding, Travis, Vincent, Zackary, Nick and Adam Joubert. She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
