She is survived by: her husband Stanley J. Szumski, Sr.; her sons, Stanley James Szumski, Jr. (Kathy Rooney) and Mark Szumski; her daughter-in-law Lynda; her daughter Cynthia M. Forgione; her son-in-law Gino of Springfield; her grandchildren, Stephanie, Joshua and Alex; her great grandchild Max; and her godson Paul Enderle. She is also survived by two siblings, and several nieces, nephews, and friends.
