She was predeceased by: her husband Hubert Small; her brothers, John Cumberbatch and Godfrey Howell; and her great grandchild Alani Stocks. She is survived by: her close friends, May and Elsie; her children, Steve (Paulette), June Ramsey of San Diego, CA, Grace Edwards of Glen Allen, VA and Ingrid Small of Springfield, MA.; her grandchildren, Tiana, Kyle, Kelsey, Rebecca Joy, Rashaan, Jason, Racquel (Rocky), Francis, Jr. (Jesus), Quinton, Brandon and Devinne; and her great grandchildren, Ava, Ethan, Jesus-Royal, Aiyana, Chaelyn, CJ, Daemon, Bellamy and Ramsey.
Due to The COVID-19 virus pandemic that prohibits visitations, services, and gatherings, a memorial service will be announced at a later date.
