He was predeceased by: his father Antonio Caracciolo; his grandparents, Sabino, Maria Caracciolo and Robert Graf; his uncle Aniello Caracciolo; and his aunts, Assunta, Giuseppina and Anna Caracciolo.
He is survived by: his mother Teresa Caracciolo (Graf); his brothers, Vincenzo (Melanie Caracciolo) and Robert Caracciolo; his nephew Antonio; his niece Presley Caracciolo; his grandmother Margaret Graf; his aunts and uncles, Albert Caracciolo, Gary (Debbie Graf), Sandy (John Maybury), Barbara Caracciolo and Nicole Sokolowsi; and his cousins, Chad Graf, Sabino Caracciolo, Pamela Graf, Thomas Maybury, Christopher Graf, William Maybury and Maria Caracciolo. He is also survived by extended families; and many more extended family members and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family would like to invite those to donate to the American Cancer Society or Holyoke VNA – Hospice Life Care in Tony's name.
