He is survived by: his parents, William Palazzi and Mary Ellen Palazzi; his children, Alexa Palazzi of Ludlow, Andrew and Dylan Palazzi of Agawam; his sister Teresa Palazzi; his brother Thomas Palazzi (Shannon Garvey); his uncles, Robert Palazzi and Michael Vandal (Donna); his cousins, Cynthia Theroux (Scott), Richard Palazzi, Christina Palazzi of West Springfield, Robert Palazzi (Diane) of Chatham, NJ and Karla Vandal of Agawam; and also Dezani Fernandez of Springfield.
In lieu of flowers, it is the wish of the family that donations be made on Tony's behalf to the Boston Children's Hospital.
