He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Geraldine E. Laventure (Lamy); his children, Raymond K. Laventure (Louis LaBounty) of Austin, TX and Shirley J. Goyette; his wife Sarah Goyette; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Emma, Trenton, Lilly, Summer, Olivia and Lena; his brothers, Kenneth and Francis Laventure; and his parents, William O. Laventure and Lena E. Laventure (Moussette). He was also cherished by three grandsons.
