He was predeceased by: his wife Beverly A. Woodward (Lewis); his parents, Ray Woodward and Pauline Woodward (Spring); and his brothers, Bruce and Glenn Woodward.
He is survived by: his children, Brian A. "Woody" Woodward of Spencer and Tracey L. Gibbs of Millbury; his grandchildren, Kayla, Sheyanne Woodward, Josh and Timmy Gibbs; and his great grandchild Jaxson Gibbs. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
