He is survived by: his wife Donna R. Locke (Seitz); his daughters, Ana M. Douglas (Jason), Brookfield Locke, Celeste V. Locke and Gary Webb of Warren; his brother William C. Locke (Muriel) of Spencer; his grandchildren, Shane, Bryce, Riley and Davin; his nephews, Benjamin Locke (Jess) of Spencer and Christopher Locke of Spencer; and his parents, Arthur S. Locke and Joyce J. Locke (Archambeault).
