He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Holub and Irene Holub; and his nephew Nicholas Ciociolo. He is survived by: his wife Janice Holub (Goguen); his daughter Andrea DaCosta (Mauro) of North Carolina; his stepdaughter Julie Monahan (Michael) of New Hampshire; his sister Christine Ciociolo; his nephew Matthew Ciociolo (Yesi); and his grandchildren, William, Anthony, Joey DaCosta, Emma and CJ Monahan.
