She is survived by: her son Joshua Velazquez (Stephanie Despin) of Webster; her grandchildren, Ethan, Cameron and Mila; her daughter Jessica Velazquez of Worcester; her grandchildren, Jayce and Jayden; her children, Jenna Velazquez and Joseph Velazquez of Tewksbury; her fiancé Eddie Ayala; and her parents, Marian Cogswell and Richard Cogswell. She is also survived by 4 children and 5 grandchildren.
