He was predeceased by: his wife Carmella "Dolly" H. Fitzpatrick (Panarelli); his siblings, Neil Fitzpatrick and Mary Ellen Bradshaw (Fitzpatrick); and his parents, Cornelius Fitzpatrick and Irene Fitzpatrick (Bradley).
He is survived by: his sons, Martin Fitzpatrick (Karen) of Spencer and Sean Fitzpatrick (Peter Juris) of Provincetown; his grandchildren, Hannah Rose Fitzpatrick, Alaina Carmella Fitzpatrick and Jack Martin Fitzpatrick; his close friend Lisa Marie DiMauro; and his sister-in-law Beverly Panarelli. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
