She was predeceased by: her parents, Clayton W. Kennen and Flossy Kennen (Patridge); her husband Richard "Dick" Flavin; and her brothers, Philip and Bruce Kennen.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Cathie Kennen. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and 3 stepchildren.
