She was predeceased by: her husband Richard F Cogswell. She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Velazquez of Spencer; her grandsons, Joshua Velazquez and Joseph Velazquez of Spencer; her great grandchildren, Jayce Clayton, Ethan and Cameron Velazquez; and her sister Sylvia Appleton (Lawrence) of Guilford. She is also survived by mother, grandmother, and great great as her great grandsons.
