She is survived by: her children, Angel Ayala, Eduardo Ayala, Madeline Acosta and Mario Ayala; and her siblings, Augustine Ayala, Ezequiel Ayala, Julio Ayala, Joaquin Ayala, Rosalina Ayala and Iris Ayala of Worcester, MA. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and many nephews and nieces.
