He is survived by: his son Jayden; his parents, Diane Mioduszewski of Spencer and Paul Mioduszewski of Blackstone; his brother Ryan Mioduszewski of Spencer; his grandmother Norma Flanders of Spencer; his aunt Brenda Shays Ortiz of Holden; the mother of his child Christina Harrington of Warren; his nephew Tyler (Lyndsey Gasco) of Millbury; and his close friend Justin Jimenez of Charlton. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
