He is survived by: his wife Mary Hollingsworth of Spencer, MA; his son Jonathan (Dawn) of Portland, OR; his grandchildren, Mikenna, Jacob, Noah and Talia; his daughter Tania Thomas of Grafton, MA; and his grandchildren, Tyson, Trey, Madison and Christopher. He is also survived by extended family, many friends.
