With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne M. (McKeon) Canavan of Spencer, Massachusetts, born in Worcester, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 6, 2020 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George A. McKeon and Julia A. McKeon (Kapulka); her husband Francis J. Canavan, Sr.; her daughter Maureen Mohamed; and her sister Sheila Cooper.
She is survived by: her children, Anne-Marie Buhrmester (Duncan) of Waukegan, IL, Theresa "Terri" Loe (George) of New Braunfels, TX, Francis J. Canavan, Jr. (Deanna) of Worcester, John P. Canavan (Nancy) of West Boylston and Kenneth M. Canavan (Beth Gaffney) of Spencer; her grandchildren, Russell D. Mohamed, Kerri Anne Boulmetis (Adam) of Rutland, MA, Daniel M. Buhrmester of Waukegan, IL, Erin E. Buhrmester of Kenosha, WI, Thomas A. Canavan of West Boylston, Megan Canavan of Worcester, Katherine M. Canavan of West Boylston, Michael Canavan of Worcester, Ellen G. Canavan of West Boylston, Bridget Canavan of Dudley, Shannon Canavan of Worcester and Brianna Canavan of Dudley; her great grandchildren, Benjiman, Brandon, Dominic Boulmetis of Rutland, Katelynn and Addison Kaye Buhrmester of Waukegan, IL.; her sister Frances Peltier; her sister-in-law Lillian Clifford; and her son-in-law Russell Mohamed. She is also survived by many nephew, nieces and wonderful friends.
