She is survived by: her husband Richard S Hackett; her children, Lee A Ferris (Peter) of Dennis, Karen E Hackett of Worcester and John L Hackett of Beverly; and her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Ferris (Michael Brickhouse) of Chicago, IL, Elizabeth Hackett of West Newbury, Lauren Ferris (Kristin) of Halethorpe, MD, Sara Hackett (Nick Guido) of Salem, Margaret Hackett of Wenham and Beckham Cregg.
