He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha M. Pernice (Rhodes); his parents, Ray Pernice and Mary Pernice (Songina); and his son Kevin Pernice. He is survived by: his grandsons, Vincent Pernice (Kaylee) and Ryan Pernice; and his great grandchild Vincent Pernice III.
