He was predeceased by: his siblings, Edward and Marianne. He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Piascik (Thomas); his sister Frances Hurley; his nephew Ted Banasik (Pat); and his nieces, Chris Duprat (Bob) and Danuta Jacobs (Scott).
