She was predeceased by: her parent Edward Rutka. She is survived by: her parent Nellie Rutka (Lambson); her husband LeRoy Cook; her son LeRoy B. Cook II; her significant other Annie Brown; her daughter Michelle Pratt (Christopher); her grandchildren, James Pratt and Chelsea Pratt; her great grandchild Ryan Pratt; and her siblings-in-law, Marlene Snyder and Donald Snyder. She is also survived by her children, until she retired to provide childcare for her beloved grandchildren.
