He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy A. Johnson Sr. and Aurore E. Johnson (Duval); his wife Marilyn (Piper); and his siblings, William, Norman Johnson and Kathleen Polley.
He is survived by: his son James F. Johnson of Southwick; and his sisters, Deborah Alexa of Windsor Locks, CT and Judith Ramsdell of Belen.
