It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patricia Scibelli-Mendes of Southwick, Massachusetts, who passed away on July 3, 2020, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lillian Scibelli (Paro) and George Scibelli. She is survived by: her husband Joseph J. Mendes; her son Joseph G. Mendes; her brothers, John Scibelli of Lebanon, N. H. and Daniel Scibelli (Barbarajean) of Southwick; her aunts, Edna Shibley of West Springfield and Lorraine Paro of Agawam; her parents-in-law, Rose Berry of Feeding Hills and Joseph B. Mendes (Tahnia) of Lady Lake, Fla.; her brothers-in-law, Thomas Mendes of Aruba, Steven Mendes of Agawam, Michael Mendes (Tania) of Weston, Fla., Kevin Berry of Springfield, Christopher Berry (Holly) of East Longmeadow and Matthew Berry (Swa) of Whittier, N. C.; her nieces and nephews, Gregory, Steven, Jack, Nick, Christopher, Gabriel, Keller, Sanders, Jake, Elizabeth, Julia and Abigail; and her great-nieces, Lauren and Katie. She is also survived by other cousins, relatives, and friends.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, seating in the church is limited to 70 people.
Memorial donations in Patti's memory may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
