With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Myron Kaluk of Southwick, Massachusetts, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on December 2, 2021 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by : his parents, Myron Kaluk and Mary Kaluk (Lysak); and his fiancée Tami L. Tessier. He is survived by : his daughters, Nicole Tessier, Stephanie St. Louis; and his sisters, Kristine Meinert and Irene Cistulli. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other loving relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Terrence's family to assist with funeral expenses.
