She was predeceased by: her husband Ralph A. Vecchio; her parents, Warren C. Hastings and Ruth Amoret Hastings; and her brother Warren Hastings. She is survived by: her children, Judith M. Woodard (Jim) of Richmond, VA, Ralph W. "Buddy" Vecchio of Southwick, Ellen T. Tompkins of Coventry, RI and Sally L. Vecchio of Southampton, MA.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews.

Memorial contributions in Marion's memory may be made to Southwick Fire Department.
