She was predeceased by: her husband Harmon A. Smith Jr.; and her parents, James Henahan and Ann Henahan (Poutre). She is survived by: her children, Laurie Smith (James R. Fromm), Patricia Sawczuk (Stephen), Frank Wallick, Robert Wallick (Carolyn) and Patrick Smith (Coleen); her siblings, Thomas Henahan and Jane House (Alan); and her grandchildren, Zachary Smith, Casey Smith, Caitlin Boland, Kevin Bisaillon, Joseph Bisaillon and Amanda Wallick. She is also survived by nine great grandchildren; extended family.
